There is a wide variety of running apps available, but many of them share similar drawbacks: excessive ads, high costs, and outdated interfaces.

Out-Run sets itself apart by offering a clean and modern look while being completely free. Unlike most running apps, it doesn't require users to create an account. All information is stored locally, ensuring protection against data leaks and privacy scandals. In fact, Out-Run is even open-source, allowing users to review the source code for themselves (source code: https://github.com/timfraedrich/OutRun).
